Resolved Question:

I need an expert in Microsoft Excel. I have a Microsoft Excel worksheet which comes up with the following message when I try to open it -- Sorry we couldn't find (file name and path) Is it possible it was moved, renamed or deleted?
I really need to get this file back. Help please.

It's there but the same message comes up.

Go to the location it says it is at, on your computer.
So click start, computer and go where it is stored.
Do you see the actual file there?

Hi Richard

I can see the file where it should be. Date modified is 23.44 yesterday which is when I shut my laptop down.

I should point out that I access this file from the L Drive which is Knowhow cloud.

Excel opens but I just get the same message. All other files open OK.
