have set up a new account and e mail address have ordered books for my 2 kindles but have not received either please help

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.
Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kindle and tell me please if the books are then received.

ok, I want you please to do the below instructions so I can connect to your computer and see whats happening, as I believe you have the wrong account set which effects the Kindles.
Can you go to www.teamviewer.com
Click on Download for Free
Download and install the program and give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect
Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect
