Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be the expert working with you today to help and resolve the problem you have posted.Let me know what is the device you are unable to power on.Try to press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds and then release it, now wait for 2 mins and then power it back on it should reset the power cycle of the unit.

Called the customer and she confirmed that the issue has been resolved after trying the steps that i had listed above
