Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.
I'm sorry. I'm in the US and unable to make overseas calls. Can you tell me a bit more about the issue. If you'd like we can do a screensharing session where we can both see your screen and chat live.Would that be acceptable?

Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.
What is the message you received?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
windows store cache and licience may be corrupt. There might a problem with a device or you might need to update your display adpater drives
Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.
Do this: on the keyboard, hold down the Windows logo key, just to the left of the spacebar, and press R.In the Run box type: wsreset and click OK.This resets the Windows store. When it finishes the store will open. Check your email again.I'm going to be away for about 2 - 3 hours and I'll be able to respond when I return.
