OK. In Firefox when a download has completed there is a downward pointing arrow at the top of the page that changes color.Click on the arrow and a pop up will appear and your will see the Elsinore.Screen.Connect.Client file displayed.Click on it and either Open or Run.

windows store cache and licience may be corrupt. There might a problem with a device or you might need to update your display adpater drives

Do this: on the keyboard, hold down the Windows logo key, just to the left of the spacebar, and press R.In the Run box type: wsreset and click OK.This resets the Windows store. When it finishes the store will open. Check your email again.I'm going to be away for about 2 - 3 hours and I'll be able to respond when I return.

Hi no this has not worked I am now going to take it to PC world where I brought this from and let them sort the problem out
