how long does it take to get the items that I have ordered from you as Christmas presents and they have not arrived after ordering them more than a fortnight ago and am worried they will not be here in time for Xmas, When ordering the site said order now and get your goods in time for Xmas.
Very worried regular customer.

all the Items were bought from Sammydress .com. The Items have been shipped out but I cannot trace the orders as I was directed to you.

It seems you have to inquire with SammyDress.com via this page:http://support.sammydress.com/?lang=en Have you done so yet? if so, what was the result? What type of shipping did you choose (among the choices on this page) and how long ago?:http://www.sammydress.com/m-article-id-39.htm Unfortunately, I may have little power to help with this matter, to be honest. SammyDress' site is rather uninformative as to *how* things are shipped or with what shipping service. If they used FexEx, one could contact FedEx and inquire... as it is, I don't think that approach will be possible, I'm sorry to say.

I'd like to have been of use.If your packages disappear, be sure to contact your local Better Business Bureau! or the one having jurisdiction - SammyDress.com's locale that is. As well as the above forms, there is the Contact The Company facility to get into Chat. Here is it:http://www.sammydress.com/m-article-id-12.htm I recommend that you try it, if there is the least doubt about your shipping/order/delivery. (They may ask if you have already submitted an inquiry via the other page(s) I referenced.) As for where SammyDress.com is located, for a future B.B.B. inquiry... if their area code (as opposed to the Customer Service dept's area code!) is 909 as their phone # ***** that's far eastern Los Angeles County and southwestern San Bernardino County. This may help also:http://www.complaintslist.com/websites/clothing/sammy-dress/which is a place you can post a complaint if things turn out badly. And it reports their address isBusiness Name: Global Egrow LimitedCorporate Address:526 Nanshan RoadShenzhen, Futian, Guangdong 518000 China... which *is* outside Better Business Bureau jurisdiction, I fear.
