I installed Windows 10 last summer (free download from internet) and I have been experiencing problems since. My present problem concerns Windows Live Mail which I cannot open at the moment - the message I receive is " Windows Live Mail cannot be started. It may not be installed correctly. Make sure that your disk is not full or that you are not out of memory. (0x80041161)

Solution #1:- Close Windows Live Mail program.- Press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type services.msc then click OK, then scroll down, then double-click on the item Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant if available, then there, set the Startup type option to Automatic, then click on Apply at the bottom, then click on Start button there, then click OK at the bottom, then open Windows Live Mail program, and check.

Solution #2:- Close Windows Live Mail program, then Right-click on the Start button (which is the windows logo icon at bottom left of computer's screen), then click on Control Panel, then open Programs -> Programs and Features; (or press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type appwiz.cpl then click OK), then scroll down, then select the item Windows Essentials..., then click on the Uninstall/Change option at the top, then click on option Repair all windows Essentials programs, then when it's done repairing, open Windows Live Mail program, and check.

Solution #3:- Go to Control Panel -> Programs / Programs and Features again, then then scroll down, then select the item Windows Essentials..., then click on the Uninstall/Change option at the top, then click on the option Remove..., then select all items there, then click on Uninstall, once it's finished uninstalling, restart the computer, then download and install the Windows Essentials program at the website below:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/essentials; keep default options during installation, then open Windows Live Mail program, and check.

Solution #4:- If needed, please try:Select the Start button, and then select Settings.Select Accounts, then click on (Family &) Other users.Under Other users, select Add someone else to this PC.At the bottom of the page, select "I don’t have this person’s sign-in information" if available.At the bottom of the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account.Enter a name for the new account, and Next.Select Finish.Click on the new user account name, then click on "Change account type", then select the Administrator in the dropdown list, then click OK.Shut down / restart the computer.Log in the new user account name.Check if Windows Live Mail programs work in the new account.When you are available, please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Solution #5:- If needed, you can click on Start->Settings->Update & security-> Recovery -> Reset PC, and select the option Keep my files when prompted, and continue, then once it's done, download and install Windows Essentials and check:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/essentials- That should work, but I recommend the last solution below:

Solution #6:- Download and install the Thunderbird email program at the website below:https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/, then use Thunderbird program for your email; it works good.When you are available, please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
