Thank you for your question, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you.
Please note, a rating is only needed when we are finished.
Can you do the following please
Start Firefox and click on “Tools” option in top menu
Select “Add-ons” option”
Click on “Extensions” in the sidebar
Find WSE_Palikan and like add-ons and right-click it
Click “Remove” button and restart Firefox
Launch Mozilla Firefox and enter “about.config” in the address bar
Type “Keyword.url” in the search box that appears and right click it
Set it to desired search provider instead of dregol.com
Type “browser.search.defaultengine” in the search box
Right-click it and reset it to your preferred search instead of Start.Palikan.com
Search for “browser.newtab.url” and right-click it. Reset it to prevent dregol.com ins automatic start in each new tab opened in your Firefox
Restart Firefox to complete removal
Then
Launch Mozilla Firefox
Click on the Firefox menu and select “Options“
Find “Startup” section under “General” tab and remove Palikan.com
Type URL of website that you prefer to see as your homepage
Close Options and restart Firefox
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.
Else Let me know the results please
