Hi Alan, Here's the link to the audio software you need to download and install for your computer to have its sound enabled again:https://us.driverscollection.com/?H=EasyNote%20S4%20series&By=Packard%20Bell&dpage=3You need to click on where it says "Download Packaed Bell EasyNote S4 series Realtek ALC260 High Definition Audio driver v.5.10.0.5127"Then tick the "I am not a robot" check box to verify you're human.On the next page you can click on the Download link which will begin the file download, once downloaded you need to install it.After installing the software you may need to restart your computer.Regards,Martin
