Resolved Question:

I am trying to get my deleted files from cloud back but dont know how When I upgraded to Windows 10 I selected delete these files and I should not have done that and am trying to recover them

These are your files on your Cloud account, so you can click on one of the folders then you see download at the top, click that and you can then download the files to your computer.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

ok, that file is not there anymore then as some one has taken it off. You need to check with the people that also access this file as they will have a local copy and its that copy you need to get

Now I have a uploading 981 item s on top of page Is this my data going back on I cloud?

If you see its uploading files then its going to your onedrive cloud, Icloud is the apple version and completely different to this.
Yopu just need to let the upload complete and they will be there.

Now one other small item -just now because I was trying to connect the web page --along the bottom of my one drive page where it is uploading I ve got 3 tabs which all say -disconnect download How do I get rid of them or will they disappear when I

They will dissapear when its complete, its the option to stop the download.
