2 days ago I changed from Windows 7 to Windows 10

Resolved Question:

2 days ago I changed from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I couldn't cope with this new version and after 24 hours I uninstalled it and reverted to Windows 7. I have been trying to access my email account for 6 HOURS, but keep getting the invalid email/password ***** even though I know they are correct. PLEASE can you help me.
