Hello Martin - Sorry to have to inform you after your very kind help last Thursday 21st Jan. But my problem with updates,, installations and configurations RE-COMMENCED on the Friday 22nd a.m. I have been trying to contact you since then. So, I contacted someone online who told me how to get hold of you. Can my problem be sorted out? If not, do I get a refund?
