My Microsoft Outlook 2016 is not letting my IMAP emails Inbox

My Microsoft Outlook 2016 is not letting my IMAP emails Inbox show any emails. I have checked with my email server and emails work on my old Outlook on my last computer - I have Sent, Trash, etc but still no Inbox. Any suggestions to resolve this issue?

IMAP setting for both is, but if you need a password ***** cannot give you that as, with the best will in the world, I cannot divulge it on the internet. I don't want remote assistance for an extra fee, thanks.

They are identical but we have just discovered the IMAP folder in settings, where you can untick the box, apply and save.....problem resolved! Thank you for your trouble, though
