Customer Question

When trying to oopen Excel I get the message "We're sorry but Excel has run into an error that prevents it from working correctly." There are then the options "repair," "help" and "close." Clicking repair has no effect whatsoever. This problem I find affects Wors and Outlook. Indeed the message about Outlook comes up as soon as I start up my computer. Your help with tis problem will be much appreciated. Thank you.
