Hello! My name is***** am a certified computer professional who will assist you with the problem you described. The "Error C000" refers to a problem with the ink tank(s) being incorrectly inserted. To solve the problem, please power off the printer and remove all ink tanks. After that, use a handkerchief and clean the areas of printer where the ink tanks get inserted. You can use either alcohol or warm water. You can then reinsert the ink tanks. Make sure they are firmly put in place. Power on the printer and it should work with no error messages. Let me know the results. Regards,IT Miro
