My wifes MacAir has suddenly shown the message: BSOD: DmgRegisterServer failed with error code: 0x80040201. What does it mean? What should she do?

Finder works and I just opened and closed Word for Mac

Please do the following:Choose Force Quit from the Apple menuClose SafariOpen Safari again but this time with the Shift key held down. That is, press and hold the Shift key while opening the Safari browser.If the message reappears, redo steps 1 through 3 for 3 to 4 times and see if the BSOD prompt is gone.Keep me posted with your results so that I can assist you further.Best regards,Jess
