My Roland Sound Canvas has stopped working. Does not respond to keyboard nor to Sibelius 7 program. Can you help please

On starting he Sibelius 7 programme we get this message 'Audio engine error bad settings'.

Hi Peter, Problem solved - resetting the Sibelius settings and Roland Sound Canvas back to Factory Setting - and all is OK. Thank You - Best - John
