Thank you for the remote support session. On the laptop, please go to Control Panel, and uninstall Viber. Then go to the Viber.com website http://www.viber.com to download and reinstall it and check.Please wait for Viber to respond. Please let me know if there is still any issue tomorrow. Thank you,
