How am I able to reply to my e-mails or write new ones when

Customer Question

How am I able to reply to my e-mails or write new ones when I have NO curser on the main part of the screen of my lap-top? This has only happened yesterday.
I have tried numerous times switching off computer, signing in again & again, etc.
What else can I do please, to get my curser back???

No I do not switch to a SRA at more cost & I do not have more time now.
If you cannot fix it otherwise, I will get a local engineer in, and will have my money back.

Liz,I am very sorry but it is very hard for me to determine what your problem is without actually seeing your computer. When connected to your computer, I can then check the fault causing the issue and fix them as you watch. It will be a faster mode of help.If you have no enough time now, we can resume anytime when you are back online and available.
