Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

You will need to have it, the information you used to connect to your exchange server, that you used when first setting up outlook.
Username, Password, ect, the information from the people who manage your exchange server (mail server)

yes, adding a profile is not reinstalling outlook.
You will need to do the reinstalling and add the accounts again.
If they are stored on the server they will be returned.
