Hello Anastasia, and thank you for choosing JUSTANSWER.com
Just so we are both on the same page.....I would like to confirm your question.
Your ASUS laptop (transformer) mouse TRACKPAD, has trouble recognizing your finger strokes when you attempt to move the mouse, or make a tap to mouse-click.
is that correct?
Ahh...okay....i understand....thank you for clarifying
Have you gone through the Touch Screen calibration setup yet?
What version of Windows are you using?
Ahh...alrighty.....thank you again.
This (economic tablet....meaning: low-end or inexpensive) poses a few possible problems with the Touch sensitivity...ESPECIALLY if its running Android.
So....lets run through the most common, up to the point where your hardware is the limiting factor.
First we will run through the calibration of touch screen......give me one minute to bring up the HOW TO.
Go to your App Store (Google Play Store) and search for an app called TOUCHSCREEN CALIBRATION.
Then, install and open it...and run through the calibration setup.
Once you are done....report back here, to let me know if the touch screen touch has improved....or not.
Please take a moment to rate my performance.
and Happy memorial Day!
