What exactly happens when you try to connect the Desktop to the wireless network?
Can you remove the power to the wifi router please.
Then power off the problem computer
Wait 5 minutes and connect the power to the wifi router.
Then start the computer
Press the windows key + R and type in
Right click on wifi network and select connect
Then select your network in the list and click connect
Tell me if you get asked for the password ***** connect please.

Connect the Samsung via a network cable to the router so it has internet
Then on it go to www.teamviewer.com
Click on Download in the middle of the page
Download and install the program and give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect
Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect
Can you run teamviewer please as I was disconnected
it will be installed in your list of programs
