Hi there and welcome

Can you remove the charger then hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then hold Volume UP + Power for 10 seconds (or until it starts) then release.

Does it then start?

Tried this and nothing happens.

When you connect the charger, so you see the battery icon appear on the screen?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Nothing shows on screen when i connect the charger although the big battery did show up once this morning and it appeared to be at least 80 percent charged, i am not sure how i got it to appear though.

Ok, can you disconnect the charger from the wall socket.

Then hold the power button and it with it held, connect the charger to the wall socket.

Does it then start?

Thanks

It is the internal mainboard that has faulted, this now confirms it.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the tab to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.

I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the page, then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.
