On the back of the Hub is the security or wireless key printed. Enter this as the password ***** trying to connect to the wifi and you should then be able to get online

what exact steps are you taking to connect online?

Go into my Wi-Fi network which is BTHub4-HFQM and enter the password

ok, on the back of the hub is a reset button, using a paperclip, push and hold the button in for 10 seconds then release.

Wait 5 minutes, then try to connect the Tablet and tell me if it now connects please
