ok, your ISP may have changed it.
Try admin / password
admin / 1234
blank (nothing) / admin

No, I'm afraid not.
I don't think the ISP can change the factory defaults. They're waiting for me to get access to the router, so I can load the original username/password ***** their broadband service.
The manual certainly gives the default password ***** 1234, but I can't see it mention the username, which I'm sure has always been = admin
