Jesse, following our session yesterday I shut down for a short while. Later I downloaded an item from Google to print. But it didn't happen! Document was pending. Obviously still a problem. Would you please check as I have paid £47. Thank you.Brian Bartlett

Hi Brian,

It appears that you need to wake the printer when you first print it because its status says offline. So you need to right-click on it, then click Use Printer Online.

It shall print your print jobs by then.
