Hi there and welcome
Can you remove the power cable then hold the power button in for 60 seconds then release.
Connect the power, turn it on and tell me what then happens please David.
ThanksPower it offThen power it on and keep tapping F9 until you get to the recovery managerCan you get to this?
ok, enter in 00000
Does it accept this?
Thanks, ***** ***** confirmed the issue
It is the chipset on the motherboard that has faulted. It is not able to initialize any of the peripherals and then defaults to the bios. This can be a bios settings issue but this has been reset to default, ruling this out.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the computer to have the motherboard replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you. I am really sorry about this, and if you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service via one of the stars at the top then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.
