Hello, and thank you for choosing JUSTANSWER.com
a BIOS update is not always straightforward, and is quite easy to get wrong.
In some cases, a BIOS update gone wrong, renders the computer useless, as the BIOS chip needs to be REPLACED,
Its kind of like locking your door with a key, and then cutting up the key into tiny pieces. Sure, you still have the key, but its useless, and the only way to fix the problem is to replace the locks, or the entire door and frame.
While that is a metaphor......it strongly represents what has happened.
Unfortunately, there wont be ANYTHING ANYBODY can do from a REMOTE position, the ONLY way to have this fixed is to take it to a computer shop, and have a technician work on the computer physically. As it requires physical accesss to the computer to be able to fix it.
Thats your ONLY recourse here for a botched BIOS update.
I hate giving this news, but hey, now you know, and that has to be worth something......
