When the file has downloaded (Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client) select Run or Open. If Windows asks, Allow changes to be made. When the file has loaded we should be connected.

The first thing to check is that you have the most recent version of Skype.

With Skype open, click Help at the top of page and select Check for Updates.

Update Skype if there is an available update and check the sound.

If Skype is updated and you still have no sound, from the Skype main screen

click Tools>>Options

From the menu on the left select Audio Settings.

To the right of Speakers, check the audio device listed. Click the white arrowhead in the blue

circle and Skype will start playing a sound. If you are not hearing any sound

click the downward pointing arrowhead just to the left of the blue circle and change

the audio device from the selection and test the sound again.

Skype has some settings that need to be checked. Since I haven't been able to connect to you

I can hear others they cannot hear me, is there no way of speaking person to person with skype

The file that downloads when you click I Agree is called Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client.exe

Are you able to run that file? On the Secure Remote Connection page click the link to

download the file again if needed.

In Windows 7, click the start button and in the search area type: downloads

At the top of the list of search results you'll see Downloads with a folder icon with a blue arrow on it.

Open it.

Inside the folder locate Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client

You'll see several of them. Right-click on the newest one and select Open
