Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.
Are you getting no sound in a single application such as Skype.
Or are you not getting sound anywhere, even from a site such as Youtube?
Thank you. From your computer, please click the link below (after reading this). On the new page, click the green I Agree button and the connection download will begin. When the file has downloaded (Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client) select Run or Open. If Windows asks, Allow changes to be made. When the file has loaded we should be connected.
The first thing to check is that you have the most recent version of Skype.
With Skype open, click Help at the top of page and select Check for Updates.
Update Skype if there is an available update and check the sound.
If Skype is updated and you still have no sound, from the Skype main screen
From the menu on the left select Audio Settings.
To the right of Speakers, check the audio device listed. Click the white arrowhead in the blue
circle and Skype will start playing a sound. If you are not hearing any sound
click the downward pointing arrowhead just to the left of the blue circle and change
the audio device from the selection and test the sound again.
So, is it your microphone that's not working?
You can hear other people but they can't hear you?
Let's get connected. Click the link below.
Click the green box that says "I Agree"
Run/Open the file once it has downloaded (Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client.exe)
When the file has loaded, we should be connected.
Skype has some settings that need to be checked. Since I haven't been able to connect to you
please see the instruction contained on the page below, especially Item # 3:
I need to connect to your computer. Click the link below. On the new page click the green I agree box.
A file will download. Run the file and allow changes and when it loads we should be connected
When you're connected I'll see your screen. I'm waiting for your connection.
The file that downloads when you click I Agree is called Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client.exe
Are you able to run that file? On the Secure Remote Connection page click the link to
download the file again if needed.
In Windows 7, click the start button and in the search area type: downloads
At the top of the list of search results you'll see Downloads with a folder icon with a blue arrow on it.
Inside the folder locate Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client
You'll see several of them. Right-click on the newest one and select Open
Hi. Are you available?
