Hi Sue,
My name is***** will try my best to help you with your question.

Please let me know what equipment and cables you are using?

Also, what operating system is the PC running on?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I have an old sharp QT77ER double cassette deck which I'm trying with this connector lead 'https://www.amazon.co.uk/Elgato-Video-Capture-Digitise-white/dp/B00293CDG0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1471525998&sr=8-1&keywords=elgato+video+capture+device' to plug in to the USB port on my desktop PC operating windows 10.
The PC only has USB sockets available, so I'm trying my elgato connectors with the line in/line out part of the cables only. i might just need to buy a different lead?

Ok, the lead you have is for video, so you will need to try the following lead instead:

Before I read your answer I went ahead and ordered this hoping it would work, as I hadn't realised you had replied in the meantime. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/222078994560.
I put another 'just answer' request in to try to fix my Tesco hudl tablet. Would you be able to help me with that within this same job or would I have to pay again for that? Thankyou, Sue

Interesting to read some of the customer comments on amazon. It seemed to work for some people and not others?
