I have large number of PDFs to print (Win7, Dell Printer

Resolved Question:

I have large number of PDFs to print (Win7, Dell Printer 1765nfw).
By default they print A4 size (fit to size).
But I need them 1/2 A4 size, or A5.
Print choices give A5 as an option, and if I select A5 as output size, I get them A5.
How can I configure to print A5 side-by-side to an A4 sheet?

Hello, Miro

Yes, that's correct. I'm trying to print 2 PDF documents (portrait) onto 1 sheet A4 paper, side by side, A5 size.

Expert:  IT Miro replied 11 months ago.

In that case, please do the following:

1. Open a PDF document with Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat

2. Click File > Print...

3. At the top of the Print window, select your printer and click Properties

4. Select A4 paper size and click OK

5. On the Print window, click on the Multiple button

6. Select 2 pages per sheet. Optionally, you can select to print page border

7. Select Portrait as orientation

8. Before printing, you can see the print preview window on the right. If it looks good, you can go ahead and start printing

Let me know if this is how you wanted to print your PDF documents.
