You should be able to click I agree on it and it should download a program allowing you to connect.
That link I sent you, you have to scroll down there should be a button that says I agree
That's not good if it's not allowing you to do that. If you can get into control panel click on system and security let me know once you are there.
Ok once you are in system and security locate and click on system let me know once you are there.
Ok when you can scroll down in that windows and there should be a place where it says activate windows. It should be where it says windows is not activated.
This is starting to sound more like a computer virus causing this problem that or you registery has been damaged. That usually means the machine would need to be backed up and restored to it's original state using your recovery software. Is there anywhere where it says activate windows now?
That's what I was afraid of windows is degrading being caused by a corrupted windows registry. Windows is going to need to be reinstalled you would need to utilize your recovery software or reinstall windows using a windows disk. The recovery software usually comes with your machine.
No I already had it cancelled.
If they are marked disk 1 and disk 2 yes you would need to use them both. Can you tell me there titles.
I would start with the first one and if it asks for disk 2 then I would use disk 2. It should auto load once the computer is restarted.
You are welcome
