Do you have a PC or Mac?
Open the Print Job window
Click on File and uncheck the OFFLINE option

Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Printers & Scanners.
Select the printer you used in the list at the left, then click Open Print Queue
Click on the OFFLINE option and it should remove the checkmark.
Did you click on File after opening the Print Queue?
If you click on the Print Queue
FILE is located at the top of your screen next to the Apple icon.
Click on the Print Queue window.
There will be a File at the top.
You have the Safari window open and selected which is why you see Safari at the top. Click on the Print Queue Window and look at the top.
