Hi there and welcome

Can you tell me please for which email service you cannot sign into?

Please let me know

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It seems that I am being asked to sign up to a monthly plan. I only require help in accessing my emails for which you have charged me £28. All I want is just help in accessing my emails on my desk top.
I use googlemail

Thanks Janet

The monthly subscription is optional which you can ignore, this is no problem

When you fail to sign in, what is the exact message you receive when it fails?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Does this mean that I will be charged £28 +£22?
Also the message asks me to sign in on https:/support.google.com./mail/accounts/answer78754(failure) which I have done to no avail.

If you want me to connect to your computer and fix this then yes, else we continue here at no extra cost.

Which email program are you using on the computer to connect to gmail?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
