Customer Question

DEAR NATHAN - SINCE I WAS HACKED A FEW MONTHS AGO SOME INCOMING E-MAILS GO, AS NORMAL, INTO 'NEW E-MAILS'; WHILE OTHERS GO ON AN APPARENTLY RANDOM BASIS INTO 'RECENTLY DELETED'. THIS MEANS THAT I HAVE CONSTANTLY TO LOOK IN BOTH TO STAY UP TO DATE. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT I CAN DO ABOUT THIS?

Dear Client,

thank you very much for your question. My name is***** and I will try to help you as quick possible.

Can you please let me know which OS you are using (Windows or Mac?) and which way you retrieve your emails (with a email program like Outlook or Windows Live Mail or via your webbrowser)?

Thanks for your patience and best regards,
