I changed my password last saturday for my yahoo btinternet

i changed my password ***** saturday for my yahoo btinternet address,on my sony viao computer and it works well on that computer, however it does not work on my mac .
Have been in touch with apple , they have triedto mae it work but cannot have asked me to contact you and they will call back at 2.30pm,,

Exactly how do you access your email account on your mac? Via your web browser? Or via an email program such as Apple Mail?

i get it through google gmail and all mail comes

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.

Click on Download in the middle of the page

Download and install the program and give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect
