Via remote support, I've helped changing your wi-fi/wireless network password. Now, on the computer, click on the wi-fi / wireless / network icon at the bottom right of the computer's screen, then select / connect to your TALKTALK... wi-fi / wireless network name, then when prompted, enter your new network password (it is all in uppercase), then click on Connect, and check.
