I have an asus MeMO pad. It has stopped receiving and sending my emails stating that there is a connection problem. All emails are working very well on the desk top computer and BT say the problem is with the device and to connect assus for advive.

Hi there and welcome

Can you please remove the charger if connected.

Then hold the power button for about 10 seconds until you see a menu and choose power off.

Then power it on and tell me if it can now send and receive please Barry
