Ok, this is not related to the phone numbers, that is an issue from your provider.

But for the data on the phones, can you go to www.gmail.com

Sign in with a user account you used on the phone.

Then click on Gmail in the top left, then contacts

Do you then see the contacts there?

Are u still with Me??
Expert:  Richard replied 10 months ago.

yes, please allow me a few minutes to finish typing out the messages...

Where you able to sign in?

And are you sure this is the same account as the one you used on the phone?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I signed in ok - I think it was
Expert:  Richard replied 10 months ago.

ok, you need to be sure.... go on the old phone to settings, Accounts and press on the Google account and make sure please.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
It is the correct one.
Expert:  Richard replied 10 months ago.

ok, then transfer it this way.

Make sure there is a memory card in the old phone then on the old phone, install the app SuperBackup.

Open it and perform a backup of your data, within this app, to the memory card.

Once done, power off the phone, then put the memory card in the new phone.

Power it up, install the app Suportbackup on this one, and then restore the backup from the backup file on onto the new phone which will restore all the data.

Let me know please how you go.
