And which version of windows or mac are you using?
Can you open Google Chrome, click on the three bars and click on Settings.
Then click on Show Advance Settings.
then click on Clear Browsing Data, choose from the beginning of time then clear browser data.
Once done, go to the bottom and click on Clear Settings.
Then close Google Chrome, open it and tell me if it now works please.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services.
