What is your microsoft email address?
You can reply to me here by typing in the box below please.
okay, thank you. Give me a moment to check on this for you.
can you receive text messages on the phone number ending in 65?
okay, will it be okay if they call you with a code?
If yes, what is the full phone number?
We can use the code to create a new password ***** the microsoft account.
okay, the code has a time limit on which it can be used. Will it be okay to get a new one?
do you still have the phone number ending in 65?
Okay, for some reason that is the number listed as the recovery number. There are not any other phone numbers or email accounts listed to use in the reset of the password. We can set up another account for you or if you need that account specifically you can try the account recovery form that ask you some security questions related to the account.
Click here for the security question recovery link.
Or let me know if you would like to create a new account.

okay, do you have any data or pictures on the Nokia that you want to save?
First, make sure you save or back up all the important data you have on your phone. When you change the email you will lose it all. Another good thing to do is to make a list of all the apps that you are using so that you install and configure them again, once the new Microsoft account is used on your phone.
Then, on your Windows Phone go to Settings -> System. There, scroll down to About.
Tap on About and scroll down to the Reset your phone button.
Tap on it and you are asked to confirm that you are OK to ahead and reset the phone and lose all your personal content. If you made the necessary backups, go ahead and tap Yes.
Your Windows Phone restarts and resets itself to the default apps, files and settings. When you start it again, you are welcomed by a wizard, taking you through its initial setup, just like when it was new and you started it for the first time.
Go through the wizard and provide the details of your new Windows Live ID (Microsoft account).
okay, do you have an sd card installed in the Nokia phone?
