sorry john i'm so fed up with this problem that i switched off but to answer you question yes i do still have the same problem nothing seems to correct it i truly think my printer is kaput! if you want to give it a go please do but as i told kamil i'm not technically minded nor computer savvy so please keep it as simple as possible and by email if possible then i can follow your instructions slowly at my own pace just for your convenience i keep getting info that " script diagnostics native host has stopped working and also a driver is missing what sort and from where i do not know thanks for your help and patience good luck! val **********

The script errors and driver messages are likely coming from issues with your computer and not the printer. Can I connect to your computer to fix any issues?
