THIS MORNING i TRIED TO PURCHASE AND ENTER NITO THE COMPUTER THE INFORMATION GIVEN TO COVER '2 X OUT OF DATE DRIVERS'
YOU HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY I.E. £29-94 BUT NO DRIVER UPDATES
SO IT'S HELP ALL ROUND i HAVE SEVERAL REF No ;-###-##-####

Going through the Winzip this is what you have to do requirements I find it impossible to reach the end of the down load programme

I hope you are available to help me out of this mess
Yesterday due to my wife's mental problems I had to place her in a secure Nursing Home.
I am sure you will appreciate I dont need winzip taking ever more money out of my account,
three times you have taken £29-94. I have had to close my account not something I wished to do.
I wish someone to phone me on 01794 516 704 and talk me though the Winzip updater program to
leave me with a fully supported Winzip system.
I am eighty two computer illiterate and wish to stay that way.
