Nothing is going on with my I-pad. I just can’t get to what ever it takes to place an order. No matter what I do it just keeps coming in bold red letters invalid password. I’m very illiterate concerning internet. Miss pearl all I want to do is place an order why is this so difficult just to place an order. If you can’t help me then I’ll just say thank you and I’ll just forego placing the order

Customer: My ex-husband bought it for me and I think it is about 5 or 6 yrs old

Customer: It says it’s an apple
Assistant: When did you purchase your Apple? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It was purchased about 5 or 6 yrs ago. Haven’t tried any troubleshooting. Don’t know how

Customer: I guess that’s all. Miss Pearl can’t I just buy the bag without having to answer all these questions it takes to place the order?
