Good morning,

The only way back into the phone if you have locked yourself out, is by resetting the device. You can do so by following the steps below.

  1. Press and hold the power button down until the device shuts itself off.
  2. Now, while it is off, press and hold the Volume Up + Home + Power buttons until you see the Samsung logo, then let go.
  3. After that select from Recovery Mode menu "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.
  4. Choose "Yes -- delete all user data" to confirm the whole operation
  5. Then select option "reboot system now".

My goal today is to provide you with the best service possible! I sincerely ***** ***** have earned a 5 star rating! Please remember to rate my service by selecting the 5 stars at the top of the screen before you leave today. If you need more assistance, please use the reply box and let me know.
