Hi advice required

Customer Question

Hi I have a sore/red penis head and was advised by gum clinic  to use epaderm cream. As they are not dermatologists wasn't sure whether this was the right advice. Also wasn't sure how often to apply. Although wasn't advised also have been using savlon? Would aloe vera help/

This is Dr. David

Epaderm Ointment is an emollient or thick moisturiser

sounds like your clinic doctors though your glands penis skin was dry

this is a good idea if your skin is dry there.

you can apply it once or twice a day and see if it helps the dry skin there.

you can try aloe vera as well.

have previous moisturizers worked?

I'm not sure moisturisers have worked particularly well & being applying for a few weeks. Is there a particular type of aloe vera you would suggest

If moisturizers haven't worked, aloe Vera most likely won't work

I would try an antibiotic cream like neosporin and an antifungal cream like clotrimazole to see if these creams help the redness
