Is it possible to forward a photograph?
Do you have a problem with pigmentation too?
sure i do have hyper pigmentation as well. also sun burn by my side cheeks. i use SPF though
Thank you for the excellent pictures and additional information. Would you like me to limit my treatment plan to over the counter medications or include prescription items>
I will be grateful to all options
both will be fine
i will be able to work with the best possible from here
please confirm am reacting to my lightening products as i want the best of skin that will leave me with no issues
The combination of a Retinoid such as Tretin X at night or a combination Retinoid/Clindaymycin such as Veltin gel at night AND Finacea in the morning would be the most effective at helping acne and hyper-pigmentation. I would also add NeoStrata Bionic Skin Lightening gel to the dark spots themselves. The other products would go on the entire face. I would recommend Doxycycline Hyclate either in the form of Doryx 150 mg. a day or the generic at 100 mg. twice a day. Orally, I would take Omega 3 fatty acids 1000 mg. twice a day, Zinc Gluconate 25 mg. , Vitamin C 500 mg. twice a day and Vitamin A 2500 I.U. once a day.
You want a mild Retinoid since a stronger one can cause irritation which might make the things worse by causing pigmentation.
Over the counter: Retriderm or Roc Retinol Wrinkle Correxion Night Cream at night and Oxy 5 gel in the morning.
Do I use all of these with my everyday products
You can order the NeoStrata product on line.
yes, i just checked online for it. can i use the cream if i dont get the gel?
The cream is fine.
Can i continue with my products or is there a better recommendation for ethnic skin like mine
The product containig Glutatione, Kojic Acid and Licorice sounds good since they all help against pigmentation. The cleanser, I am not so sure about. I like Cerave Moisturizing Cleanser or Cetaphil Dermacontrol better.
ok thanks. will strictly adhere and watch what the results turns out to be. I will be extremely glad to come back with a good result
Be patient...all these things take awhile.
I totally agree.
