Customer Question

I am 37, I've always had amazing skin, I've always looked a lot younger than I am but lately I very bad pigmentation sploges on my forehead, my cheeks just under my eyes and above my top lip. My skin also looks very lumpy in certain lights, like I have
a lot of big open pores, or very lumpy skin, but when you get close to my face you can see it's not open pores, Nor is my skin lumpy. I never used to have to wear makeup, but I feel like I must wear foundation everyday now to cover the brown marks on my face,
and to make it look slightly smoother. But to be honest the makeup sometimes make my face look worse. Would I benefit from a skin peel? I've tried dermarolla which did nothing.

Hi and sorry for the delay. I would suggest both a chemical peel and you can also use prescription tretinoin cream to lighten the brown areas Let me know if you need any more information please
