Its located on my lower back. had it for years, only change was feeling tender and a little bleeding the other day.

It looks totally benign--smooth edges and all the same colour.
And if it's been just like that for years that would also speak to it's being benign, even if it did bleed

That said, you should have a doctor take a look at it
