Customer Question

Hi,
I have a red mark/spot on my face under my eye that has been there for a few years.
It doesn't hurt or itch, it just doesn't look great.
Also over the past 12 months fairly often my skin looks patchy red and I get red bumbs appearing. It's seems to appear worse after a shower but then fades away.
You can see in the following images here http://postimg.org/gallery/kmvooylq/c94bb963/
I've tried using different moisturizers, shampoos etc but to no avail.
What is this and what can I do you be get rid of it?
Thanks
