you can see a regular doctor as well while traveling and they can give you a prescription for antibiotics.
you may benefit from daily antibiotic soap facial scrubs in the area where they keep coming back.
they make antibiotic soap like Dial or soft soap you use to wash your hands.
you can use a small amount of that and put it on a loofah and scrub that part of your face on your cheek twice a day to hopefully keep the acne skin pore infection from coming back.
